Hip Hop

 

Hip Hop is originated New York City, the bouroughs of the finest hip hop, Queens NY, Brooklyn NY, and the Bronx NY. 

Hip Hop consist of high intense moves, unique styles, and swag. Old school to present, this style of music will keep going non stop. Hip Hop dance is used all over the world. 

Hip Hop is our master class. This is an requirnment.

Jazz Funk

 

Jazz Funk, also called Street Jazz, borrows a lot of movement from other dance styles. From ballet-modern-hip hop- to lyrical, jazz funkincorporates little bits and pieces of other dance genres and wraps into a funky style that is both fun and expressive.

 

 

Reggae

 

Dancing reggae is all about "wining" ("winding"). Once you've found the groove of the music and are comfortable with your basic leaning and swaying motion, try moving your hips. To start, roll your hips in a circular, rhythmic, "hula hoop" motion along to the beat of the music.
African

 

African dance refers mainly to the dance of Sub-Saharan Africa, and more appropriately, African dances because of the many cultural differences in musical and movement styles. These dances must be viewed in close connection with Sub-Saharan African music traditions and Bantu cultivation of rhythm. Todays African dancing is very intence. This is an requirnment.
Latin/Spanish Reggaeton



Latin dance is a general label, and a term in partner dance competition jargon. It refers to types of ballroom dance and folk dance that originated in Latin America. 

This style of dance is optional.

 

House/Techno

 

House dance is a social dance and Street dance primarily danced to house music, that has roots in the clubs of Chicago and of New York. The main elements of House dance include "Footwork", "Jacking", and "Lofting"

This style of dance is optional.

Lyrical

 

Lyrical dance has been defined as a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics & Modern dance while still maintaining its autonomy.
This style of dance is optional.
